In May of each year, all of our customers receive a mailing from Blue Ridge Propane addressing propane safety. This brochure outlines what propane smells like, how to turn your tank off in case of an emergency, and also how to get in touch with Blue Ridge Propane. We send out this information to each customer both at the time they sign up as a customer and annually in May. For our customers that keep an email address on file for your billing, make sure you also keep your MAILING address updated so that you can receive this important information each year.
